Looking to be a faster, stronger and more versatile athlete?

Our speed and agility sessions include sprint work, agility work, and strength work to help our athletes to become the strongest and fastest athlete on the court.

This membership includes a weekly speed and agility every Wednesday with a personalised training plan to complete at home. This also includes 2 shooting sessions a week in our weekly shots ready program. Sessions are Tuesday to Friday morning before school.
