Rep Academy

Weekly training for Rep athletes looking to take their game to the next level. Session will be designed to cater for all athletes needs and skill levels, while reinforcing the fundamentals of the game. Lead by coaches who know what is needed to excel at the highest levels.

Session run Tuesday to Friday with U16/18 at 6am and U12/14 at 7:15am.

Rep Prep

Looking to tryout in October for Rep and want so extra training. These sessions are to get you ready for the upcoming try outs. With training to improve skills, learn drills and build confidence. Our coaches will also be there to give advice on where to try out and how to prepare.

Session run on Sunday afternoon with U12 at 2pm and U14/16 at 3pm.

Shots Ready

Daily shooting sessions available to improve both shooting and finishing. Open to players looking to get some extra shots up before a big a game or the option to work with our shooting coach and get some extra tips and drills.

Sessions run from 6am and are 45minutes.

Speed and Agility

Weekly sessions for athletes looking to get faster and stronger on the court. Athletes will be given a personalised training plan for use in the sessions and at home to improve running and their agility for the basketball court.

Sessions run on a Wednesday morning from 6am for 45 minutes.
