Rep Academy

Weekly training for Rep athletes looking to take their game to the next level. Session will be designed to cater for all athletes needs and skill levels, while reinforcing the fundamentals of the game. Lead by coaches who know what is needed to excel at the highest levels.

Session run Monday, Tuesday and Thursday morning.

Shots Ready

Want to warm up your shot before your Friday night game, these sessions are there to get you ready. Sessions will take athletes through drills they need to be confident in their shot and any last minute adjustments they need.

Sessions run Friday morning from 6am and are 45minutes.

Speed and Agility

Weekly sessions for athletes looking to get faster and stronger on the court. Athletes will be given a personalised training plan for use in the sessions and at home to improve running and their agility for the basketball court.

Sessions run on a Wednesday morning from 6am for 45 minutes.
